Our Missionary Jamie Sabo
Jamie graduated from Illinois State University in Normal, IL in May, 2005 where she got her Bachelor's of Science in Psychology. From there, she worked at a homeless shelter in Bloomington, IL for almost two years. At that point, Jamie sensed the Lord's leading to pursue overseas missions and joined New Mission Systems International. In the summer of 2007 she went as an NMSI intern to Kenya and decided to return in order to serve with AfricaHope. Her heart is to work with women's ministry and adult literacy. She loves hearing people's stories and watching as God brings about redemption to all of His creation. Jamie also enjoys reading, music, dancing and talking over coffee. Jamie returned to Kenya in January of 2010 to continue her work with the Massai people.  The primary focus of her ministry is to develop a Women's Discipleship Program and adult literacy.

Mission Trip

Nicaragua 2010 -
We sent a team to Leon Nicaragua from Jan 30 to Feb 6, 2010. While there, they engaged medical ministry, home construction, and sharing the love of Christ with the people of Leon. Your support for this exciting ministry through prayer and gifts is greatly appreciated.
